FUELING PERFORMANCE NUTRITION

Fueling Performance Nutrition was established in 2022 because I am passionate about nutrition and I have made it my mission to inform others of its importance to fueling performance- all performance, whether on the field, the court, a classroom or office. With all the misinformation available through social media, the internet and celebrities, my goal is to provide reliable, factual and accessible nutrition information that works so every individual can achieve their maximum potential. By providing sports nutrition services to individuals and groups that don’t have easy access to a dietitian, I can help athletes reach their personal performance goals.

Fuel for Thought…

Nutrition fuels performance and I want every athlete to understand the importance of nutrition and the difference it can make in one’s speed, agility and vitality. It can be the difference that makes good athletes great or great athletes good. The few seconds off a sprint or mile time, the extra inch in a jump or that extra power behind a swing can make all the difference in your sport.

What fuels me and makes me most proud is helping athletes achieve peak performance through good nutrition. I do this by making it easy to understand and attainable. My mission is to make nutrition accessible, simple and sustainable. To me, that is a win.
