TEAM TALKS
High school age athletes are often competing for limited athletic scholarships while also still learning and growing to be healthy and well-rounded adults. My goal is to provide teams (athletes and parents) with nutrition education that will not only help optimize athletic performance, but also mental performance in school and shape healthy habits that last a lifetime. Nutrition should be sustainable, enjoyable and something that supports overall well-being both physically and socially/emotionally. It is about fueling our bodies for health and longevity but also enjoying flexibility with the social and emotional side of nutrition. By providing education, my goal is to provide high school athletes and parents with strategies that fuel growing and active adolescents.
