Do you want to learn how to fuel yourself or your high school athlete for sport or activity?
Nutrition can make a good athlete great or a great athlete good. It is often the extra edge athletes are looking for to take them to the next level, yet it is often underemphasized and overcomplicated. This course is designed to help high school athletes and parents of high school athletes learn how to fuel to support performance in a simple and tangible way.
In this virtual education series, we will cover:
Week 1 — Nutrition Basics and Performance Plates: the basics of performance nutrition, macronutrients and performance plates
Week 2 — Pre- and Post-Workout Fueling Strategies
Week 3 — Hydration and Intra-Workout Fueling
Week 4 — Supplements
Next session will be held in May 2025. Live Zoom calls will be held every Tuesday (5/6, 5/13, 5/20, 5/27) from 7:00-8:00 pm PST. The calls will not be recorded.
